PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DOKUMENTASI KESEHATAN PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus: Klinik Garuda Sentra Medika)

Abstract

The clinic is a place that serves to help people heal and overcome health problems they are experiencing without having to come to the hospital. Every service is recorded in the patient's medical record document. Making an information system at the clinic to support health services is needed to design and build an application that can process all service data at the clinic that facilitates data management and archiving, data search, and report printing. The problem faced by GARUDA SENTRA MEDIKA Clinic is at a certain time experiencing the density of the number of patients who visit. Therefore, with the existence of practical work courses at the end of this sixth semester the authors intend to want to design a system that runs at this time to be able to reduce data loss service requests and data management, thus the authors take the title for the results of this report is “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Management Dokumentasi Kesehatan Pegawai (Klinik Garuda Sentra Medika)”.
